Vieques Puerto Rico - ???? - 2006/11/09 13:29anyone ever fish Vieques Puerto Rico? heading there in two months. i'm geared up and ready to fish the flats using flies and light spin, wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me? i already have a charter for a couple days, but for those times i'm not on a boat, i'll be wading the flats accessible from shore. thanks
