Fishing Maine - 2005/10/05 04:43I just moved from Connecticut to Maine. I am accustomed to fishing for a bunch of species of fish in Long Island Sound. Do you know what is available up here in Maine? I have a 21 foot FourWinns with a 55 gallon fuel tank. I think distance might be a problem. Also any tips on how I can catch them? Any suggestions or directions would be greatly appreciated.

Re:Fishing Maine - 2005/10/05 16:39Hi Roman, not sure if your intending on salt or fresh water. I have a few area's for you on the fresh water but none on the salt. If your looking for salt water fishing spots maybe someone on those boards within the site might be able to help you out. John-

Re:Fishing Maine - 2005/10/07 15:32not alot for saltwater except for maceral. stripers are in the kenebec,sheepscot,and damascota rivers and bays. water stays cold year round so you need to go so to mass for the better fishing.
